Edit I’ll get the refund, a week has passed and I the creators of this product didn’t even contact me, only a broken AI emailing system…
To be honest, as of now it’s totally useless. It keeps scanning my site and changing stuff automatically without asking me nor getting my permission, it changes the whole website text into the same string… it’s absolutely a no go, I really want you to succeed so I’ll give you time to fix it but it’s not useable, people need to be in control of the content of their website…. And to be honest it’s not really that hard to do…
P.s. there is no way to get to human support in your email so i would fix that as well...

As soon as I add their code the some pages on the website goes down and when I try to reach them they don't respond and No proper support.

I reported the issue to support, but only received a generic response from the chatbot. I followed up via email, but unfortunately never got a reply. That’s disappointing, as responsive customer support is very important to me.
Despite that, PageTest.ai remains a powerful and valuable tool. Its functionality is impressive, and the no-code approach makes it accessible to everyone. If the support improves, this would easily be a five-star product.

Mark, appreciate your feedback, its very useful. It appears there is a conflict on the site, with the testing script, I appreciate the extra info provided to support, our team are reviewing this now and will have a fix implemented ASAP.
According to Lan's videos, it is clear that this tool has the potential to significantly and instantaneously transform the appearance of a page's content. Nevertheless, I have reservations about the impact it could have on the design of organic SEO elements. Therefore, it is crucial to present a clear and precise demonstration ensuring that this tool will not compromise the SEO efforts that have already been rigorously implemented. Otherwise, the performance of this tool undoubtedly deserves a five-star rating.
