I integrated PageTest.ai into my WordPress website and was initially very impressed with its capabilities. However, I encountered a technical issue: after adding the code snippet, my contact form suddenly disappeared from the page. After investigating with Elementor Support, we discovered that the PageTest.ai snippet was causing the conflict. I resolved it by excluding my contact page from PageTest.ai, and everything worked fine again.

I reported the issue to support, but only received a generic response from the chatbot. I followed up via email, but unfortunately never got a reply. That’s disappointing, as responsive customer support is very important to me.

Despite that, PageTest.ai remains a powerful and valuable tool. Its functionality is impressive, and the no-code approach makes it accessible to everyone. If the support improves, this would easily be a five-star product.
