This is kind of meta, but I've been trying to get Paldesk to sort out some weird glitch on my account, but they don't get back to my support tickets – not even an acknowledgment and a ticket.
It looks really promising but how worrying when a support app doesn't have a functioning support desk of its own?

The tool just doesn't work, everything is stuck and you lose all your messages because you can't open it.
