1-Are PDF/other files we upload to the Paperguide private and who has access to them?
2-Do you or any of your team members have access to our uploaded files?
3-When we delete a file, is it deleted instantly and for good from all servers and Paperguide?
4-Are the files (PDF/other files), prompts and our inputs used for AI trainings?
5-How many Plagiarism and Humanizer are available for Tier 1? I see that Tier 2 and 3 are unlimited but there is no mention of how many of these are available for Tier 1.
