Working with Parallel is a really pleasant experience. The user-workflow is slick, the support for clients, enabling them to complete a document, feels rather comprehensive, and the template support is also good. Thumbs up and 5 Tacos

Parallel is what I wanted Clust to be, a nicely designed, configurable portal to handle all data collection exchange with clients. It has the ability to automate and streamline multiple processes in your business that will save considerable time over the long haul. It's a quality app.

Way to time-intensive to create our templates. Parallel segments contracts in totally different UI fields, rather than the norm of one UI field and segmenting your conditionals within it.

Never heard back from support about activating the separate esignature service. Without that legal esignature compliance, this is useless to us. There is a cost to use the additional service (which is administered through another entity), but to be very fair and objective, it is extremely reasonable. I think it was like pennies, or some other extremely low amount, to use the esignature add-on.

I really wanted this to work for us! We had full-stacked, and were so excited. 😕 We gave it some time, too. Every time I opened the program to start entering our contracts, it just gave me stress. We'll stick to our paid program, until we find an AppSumo alternative.

Someone with more patience and time will probably love this. The UI is really nice, and the monthly use-limits are generous. I'm sure the support team was only temporarily overwhelmed by the AS deal (we always have to keep that in mind, as an AS community), as I've seen them be very active in responding here.

Time (and sadly, patience), is not what we have right now though, so we're moving on.

Clients were impressed by the ease of onboarding with the forms. Everything is online, even the signatures and with the last two years of covid people have come to value and, in some cases, expect that businesses provide these online facilities.

I had previously looked into email marketing sources to be able to send documents to customers, but some wouldn't allow it so Parallel was a gem not to mention the forms were already pre-made which saved lots of time. The forms can be sent out to one or several persons at the same time another time saver.
