My opinion.
Contract generation software is a very delicate tool. And it is a very brave choice.

Worldwide, there is practically nothing that allows to generate contracts with several clauses in a simple way.

I always indicate in all reviews "Design a signature or consent cookie please".
And for some reason unknown to me, nobody invests heavily.

On the other hand, the electronic signatures that exceed processes and quality standards have very high prices (lawsuits for breach of contract) between 0.5-1-2-3 € is a price that makes it unfeasible for example to send directives of companies in series. Worst of all, there are hardly any companies that offer api in signatures at an affordable price for small businesses. At the time I bought Grabsign (without api and available today). It is very cumbersome to upload documents to send. I don't understand this war to prevent small business access to api. Who makes a good agreement, takes the market.

In this sense. Parallel is fresh air in the sector. If you analyze the contract sector in depth, the tool is good because it is very close to a perfect user experience. So, this tool has potential. But a lot depends on what the team does with it in the coming months.

Pros: It works. Lovely support team.
Cons:
- It's not really a lifetime, as it doesn't work without a signature. But there is no alternative.
- There should be one company signature, one employee signature (2) per profile.
- The "Sign on behalf of" option should be activated in this promotion without accessing the company plan.
- The interface needs to add more advanced functionalities that allow to order well the contracts. I have ordered Tier 4. But I don't see any way to organize 300 documents per month after 3 months.

I expect news before the end of the promotion and guarantee for tier4 level: Translation into several languages, a good video channel with cases of possible integrations, the ability to send in bulk, unlocking the signature function on behalf of,....

1) I encourage you to try it. 2) Look for competitors and value what a contract generator and this option really brings. I think that in environments where it is necessary to sign many documents it is useful. For example: Marketing corrections, high budget works, company policies,...
