Way to time-intensive to create our templates. Parallel segments contracts in totally different UI fields, rather than the norm of one UI field and segmenting your conditionals within it.

Never heard back from support about activating the separate esignature service. Without that legal esignature compliance, this is useless to us. There is a cost to use the additional service (which is administered through another entity), but to be very fair and objective, it is extremely reasonable. I think it was like pennies, or some other extremely low amount, to use the esignature add-on.

I really wanted this to work for us! We had full-stacked, and were so excited. 😕 We gave it some time, too. Every time I opened the program to start entering our contracts, it just gave me stress. We'll stick to our paid program, until we find an AppSumo alternative.

Someone with more patience and time will probably love this. The UI is really nice, and the monthly use-limits are generous. I'm sure the support team was only temporarily overwhelmed by the AS deal (we always have to keep that in mind, as an AS community), as I've seen them be very active in responding here.

Time (and sadly, patience), is not what we have right now though, so we're moving on.
