Q: Where is support

I've been trying to get support from your team for the last 4 weeks to answer a simple question. How do I delete projects? I've even had appsumo try to contact you. what's going on?

Q: Your website is not working even our hosted domain not working

Team please check what happened website is not working becuase of that our subdomains are not working, due to deal over are you guys finished the services.

A: Hello! No we are most definitely not out of service. This will be addressed within the day, and is an issue with the SSL expiring for unknown reasons. I assure you however that all content is safely stored and will be live again asap.

A: Hello! The admin account (ie the creator account) is essentially a team member as well. They'll receive notifications when they're part of a task, can subscribe to various aspects, and so on. If there's any specific issue you're running into with the admin role, just let me know, but hope that helps clarify. Thanks!

Q: "Projects"

This means as I have 3 apps I can invest in Tier 2 and brand 3 "project" with separate app logo and separate app domain name, right?
