I hope this message reaches the appropriate team.

We have submitted multiple support tickets regarding an issue with our custom domain, but unfortunately, we have not received any response so far.

Our custom domain, roadmap.meethour.io, is configured correctly, yet the roadmap page is currently inaccessible. This issue has been ongoing and requires immediate attention.

What is particularly concerning is that after your recent system upgrade, there was no prior communication regarding any changes, downtime, or migration requirements. Since the upgrade, several functionalities have stopped working without warning.

We have already shared this roadmap link extensively with our team members and users. As a result, they are unable to access the page and are beginning to believe that our product is experiencing issues. This is negatively impacting our business operations, customer confidence, and brand reputation.

We kindly request that you investigate and resolve this issue as a matter of urgency. If there are any configuration changes required on our end, please provide clear guidance immediately.

We value our relationship with your platform, but the lack of communication and delayed response to critical issues is becoming a serious concern. If this matter continues to remain unresolved, we will need to evaluate further options to protect our business interests.

Please provide an update on the status of this issue as soon as possible.

A very interesting platform with a more advanced vision compared to the competition. It still needs some UX improvements, but the team is committed and actively responding. I'm excited to have purchased the Level 2 lifetime membership and hope it adds significant value to our work.

I've tried a couple of similar products, looking for something that suits my needs, and from the outset, this appeared to have something unique to offer. The ability to have private or public projects makes it really useful, and for public projects, being able to receive votes without users having to log in makes it much easier to get feedback.

I can change the labels and pages displayed to meet my needs and make them understandable to my users, and it's easy enough to update and amend entries.

I have not read the documentation (because, why would you?), but I've been working through the pretty intuitive interface without any major problems. I've got stuck in a couple of places, and this is where I've turned to support (still avoiding that documentation). I have had some really good, helpful, patient, and comprehensive replies to my requests.

One involved developing a feature, which was done within a week. The others simply required me to change the way I approached it and follow the system's logic, which has turned out fine, and made more sense than my approach.

I'm now working my way through a bundle of responses from my users and working towards having it live and running for everyone next week. It's a simple setup with a depth of features so that I can adapt it for several uses. However, they will all meet my requirements rather than me having to adjust how I want it to work because of system constraints.

With the speed and quality of support provided when needed, I have no concerns about moving forward and am even considering upgrading to the top tier because of that confidence in the product.

I haven't really put this to the test. I am no full-anything developer but plan to use this for requests on eLearning classes I offer. For that purpose, things seem to work fine. With no experience with other similar products and only a short track record with PathPro I find that getting started was very easy.

I own/manage a few products (Shopify Apps, an online store, etc.) and PathPro is exactly what I was looking for when it comes to not only collecting user feedback, but also managing all aspects of growing a product over time.

Seems like most of these feedback collection tools are missing some pretty obvious features, but it's pretty clear that PathPro was built by a team with an actual history of building and selling software. I mean, just check out their official roadmap…They're using PathPro to grow PathPro. The UX is great too, and it's nice that I can so easily jump between my different products, and to manage the customers associated with each of my products (ie managing their feedback, inquiries, behavior etc.). I even integrated PathPro directly into my Shopify app's dashboard to keep customers informed on what's coming next, so its super flexible. The custom domain feature is worth the price alone, and the fact that custom domains come with every tier is a pretty rare bonus.

Support has been great, though I only contacted them for some brief setup items when integrating into my app, which was definitely a unique case, but they were quick to respond and very friendly to boot. Overall I'm pretty excited and feel like I've finally found the type of tool I've been looking for.
