Q: Editing User views and Admin views

I see your boards at https://pathpro.app.pathpro.co/ and these look pretty nice but would I have a way to edit how mine would look? Is there documentation showing how users register to add feature requests and to vote, what that registration process looks like and how I could edited that? Same question for the boards, i.e.: User-Accessible boards or Team-Member-Boards, etc… are those editable as far as colors, layouts (column widths, etc), text labels and tool tips, etc.? It might be nice if we could write CSS into our various views.

A: Hi, thanks for the inquiry! As for styling, you can indeed change the style of the boards as far as header colors, icons, and so on, and the same goes for the feature voting panel. Each project can also include a custom header, which you can style any way you like via a combination of built in tools (adding a logo, links/buttons) and CSS. Currently you are not able to change the column widths, but you can change titles for task groups and of course the tasks themselves, so it's very customizable as far as how you would like to build your roadmaps and task lists.

As for signup, users can signup via Gmail/Facebook to bypass the registration process, but registering by email for customers is VERY simple. You can see this by clicking the "Join Product" button on our roadmap: https://pathpro.app.pathpro.co

This is the same button customers would use to follow your projects, and you can place your project on your site in the same way we've done (or use a custom domain). Once a user is signed up, they can login and join any project in existence with the click of this same button. Users are also prompted anytime they attempt to interact with a project, such as when they click the "submit feedback" button (which you can change the text for if you like), adding comments, and so on.

The above is for community members (ie customers using your product) that wish to follow and interact with your project. Team Members are of course invited to the project, and don't join as instructed above. They simply receive the invitation and accept the invite, and they will then have access to the project similar to an admin, with whatever permissions the admin has assigned.

Hope this helps! Please feel free to check out our documentation here for more details:
