Q: Any alternative payment processors available instead of Stripe?
Hello, I am based in the Northern Mariana Islands and Stripe is not supported here. Does Payfunnel work with any other payment gateways besides Stripe so I can use your service?

Currently, Payfunnels works exclusively with Stripe for payment processing, so we don't support any other payment gateways at the moment.
Since Stripe isn't supported in the Northern Mariana Islands, you won't be able to use Payfunnels to create payment links or collect payments at this time.
Our development team is actively working on adding PayPal support....

A few things before I buy.
Do subscriptions run on my own connected Stripe account or a PayFunnels merchant setup? If PayFunnels shuts down, would my recurring charges keep running in my Stripe, or stop with the platform?
Can subscribers self-serve in the customer portal... log in, update their card, and cancel themselves, without me doing it manually?
I'm UK-based, selling to UK and EU...

Thanks Shahir, that's clear on Stripe and the portal, exactly what I needed. On the DPA, the specifics: as a UK controller using PayFunnels as a processor, I need a signed Article 28 Data Processing Agreement. Is that available on the AppSumo lifetime plan? And since data is US-hosted I need a lawful transfer mechanism for UK/EU personal data. Are you certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US?
Hi, I am in Québec, Canada. We have a provincial tax and a federal tax. Is there a way to charge 2 different taxes with your system?

Currently, Payfunnels supports adding a single tax rate per payment link. Charging multiple taxes (like provincial and federal taxes together) is not supported at the moment.
We may explore this in the future based on user demand and feasibility.

Does Pay Funnels have a customer delivery when they pay for a digital file? I sells Career Services like Resume Writing, Career Coaching. I also sells digital products like checklists, ebooks, etc. Does the customer portal have an option to allow to deliver digital products and freelance services with PayFunnels

Yes, Payfunnels supports delivery for digital products. Once a customer completes the payment, the digital file is automatically sent to them via email.
At the moment, this delivery is not available through the customer portal. However, adding digital product delivery within the customer portal is on our roadmap.
For example, you sell from Texas and your buyer is in Texas, Sale Tax should show for certain items. If the buyer is in another Sales Tax State, that tax rate should show.
And does PayFunnels help with sales tax filings per State?
