I joined the company to help deliver an exceptional customer experience, drawing on my background and perspective as a non-technical user navigating online payments. Our growth strategy is driven by customer feedback and market demand. Rather than building features in isolation, we listen closely to our users and prioritize the tools and integrations they need most. This customer-first approach has helped us process over $1.7 billion in payments and continues to shape our product roadmap.
In the coming years, we plan to expand beyond Stripe by integrating with additional payment processors and cryptocurrency payment options. This will give businesses more flexibility, reduce dependency on a single provider, and better support high-ticket sellers and businesses that may face restrictions with traditional payment processors.
Ultimately, our goal is to become the central hub for payment collection, automation, and revenue operations, helping businesses streamline their processes and grow with confidence.
