1. If I purchase a higher tier (for example Tier 4) with multiple seats, how are those seats managed?
Can I assign a seat to Person A, later remove their access, and then reassign that same seat to Person B? In other words, are seats transferable or permanently tied to the first user?
2. The deal mentions that codes must be redeemed within 60 days. When redeeming the code, do I need to assign...

A: Hey there, thanks for reaching out!
1. Seats are managed from your main account. You can assign a seat to a team member, remove them later, and then reassign that same seat to someone else, as long as you never exceed your total seat limit at one time
2. The second point is correct. You only need to redeem your license on the main account within 60 days. After that, you can invite users to...
Hello! I’ve read that the API might be released soon, and I wanted to check a possible use case.
I’m looking to generate PDF documents triggered by a webhook call. I can share a working example I’m currently using with other providers.
Current workflow: User submits a contact form → n8n webhook → PDFMonkey generates the PDF using a custom HTML/CSS/JS template.
I’d like to know if a similar flow will be supported once the API is available.
Best regards

A: Hey there! Thanks for sharing your detailed use case with n8n webhooks.
We're building API and webhook support, but it's still early to comment on specifics. Input like this really helps us prioritize features. Stay tuned for updates!
Let me know if there's anything else we can assist with in the meantime.
Q: I tried product free version, its good. However, Tier 3's 50mb is not enough.
Are you planning to increase Tier 3 file size limit ? Atleast 100 MB.

A: Hi! Thanks for trying it out - happy to hear you liked pdf.net!
We structured the tiers based on different usage levels. Larger files require significantly more processing resources, so higher tiers are built for heavier document workflows.
We’re reviewing limits based on real usage data during the launch. It would be great if you could share what type of files are you usually working with!
I really would love to have this but need an update on API if there is one planned.

A: Hey! Yes, API is planned. Before we promise anything for the LTD, we need to understand the real usage and costs behind it. That’s why it really helps when people share what they actually want to automate.
If you can tell us: • What trigger? • What action? • Which tool you want to connect with?
That gives us something concrete to evaluate - and helps us decide if we can include it in the...
We can’t promise it yet, since API can mean very different things: file uploads, conversions, OCR, AI processing, etc. Each has different costs and usage patterns.
If you’re open to sharing: • What trigger do you need? • What should happen? • How often would it run?
That helps us design something concrete and decide what we can include in the deal.
I am aware the team is building API and webhook infrastructure. May I know whether this will be offered to purchasers of this deal once it's released? Thank you.

A: Thanks for the question - and for pushing on this!
Yes, we're building API and webhooks, but it's still early. Before making any promises, we need to understand the real costs. If it makes sense long-term, we'll definitely include it.
If you can share what exactly you want to automate, that would really help us prioritize!
I have shared a list of 29 endpoints with the support email. Please review it. I don't expect your team to create an exact replica of the list, but some are important and should be prioritized. Continuing to give vague answers won't assist the purchase decision. I hope your team can review the list and respond with a clear, concrete plan.
Thanks, Ida! We really appreciate the time you took to put this together. We're reviewing your list alongside feedback from other users as we evaluate API priorities. Your input is genuinely helpful, thank you for pushing the conversation forward!

It’s planned but they haven’t committed it to the LTD holders. I’ll buy it if they promise an API and webhook to the LTD holders.
