Q: rotate text box
How do I rotate a text box I have created? This is something I do in Acrobat ATM without issues, but I can't see an option do to this, and I don't get a rotate handle when hovering over the box, only a move and resize.

Q: Does not work with Government Forms
I recently purchased this PDF Reader Pro for Windows, but it won't open Canadian government or immigration forms. Adobe Acrobat has no issue.
