Q: Bulk Screenshot Workflow, Credits & Export Questions
Hey — this looks like a great fit, just want to confirm a few key things before purchasing.
1. If I upload a CSV of URLs, do I get a CSV back with screenshot links included?
2. After reviewing, can I easily remove unwanted URLs and export only the ones I want to keep?
3. Is it 1 screenshot = 1 credit? Do failed screenshots still use credits?
4. What happens if I run out of credits — does it pause or can I buy more?
5. How does this handle sites behind Cloudflare or bot protection — should I expect failures?
6. Can I delete screenshots/projects after export to free up storage?
7. Can this handle large batches (500+ URLs) reliably?
Just want to make sure the workflow is smooth for bulk review.
Appreciate the help!

Apr 21, 2026A: Hey, thanks for the thoughtful questions. Happy to clarify how this works in practice.
1. Yes, when you upload a CSV of URLs, you will receive a CSV in return that includes the corresponding screenshot links for each URL.
2. The exported CSV will contain all processed URLs by default. You can review and remove any unwanted entries from the CSV. If needed, you can also delete specific screenshots directly from the PeekShot dashboard via the file manager.
3. Yes, 1 screenshot equals 1 credit. Failed screenshots do consume credits as well, since there is infrastructure cost involved. That said, we automatically retry failed captures with different settings to minimize failure rates as much as possible.
4. Once you run out of credits, new captures will stop. We are currently working on enabling self-serve credit top-ups. In the meantime, you can reach out to us and we will help you with additional credits.
5. We actively work to reduce failures from bot protection systems using techniques like stealth mode, fingerprint reduction, and residential proxies. However, for sites with strict protection like Cloudflare, some failures can still happen. No screenshot API can guarantee a 100% success rate in these cases.
6. Yes, you can delete screenshots or entire projects after export to free up storage.
7. At the moment, the maximum batch size is 100 URLs per run. These batches are handled reliably, and you can process larger lists by splitting them into multiple batches.
