Product is Solid, But Lacks WebP & AVIF
Works perfectly. I used it in a recent purchase from AppSumo, which is Teable, and I wanted the WebP and AVIF images for the sake of page loading speed. So my website will load ultra‑fast.
But it seems Peekshot only supports PNG and JPG. The PNG route I tried works fine; it’s working very well. However, I need WebP and AVIF. I look forward to when they support those file formats.
After all, this is an image generation tool, support the latest (and also popular) image file formats that is necessary for modern day-to-day business.
However, I am giving it a 5 stars. And requesting the team to bring the WebP and AVIF support. Thanks.

PeekShot made a task I dread — grabbing clean, consistent screenshots — much less annoying. The API is refreshingly simple: sign up, grab a key, and you can make your first call in minutes. I especially appreciated full-page and retina-quality captures and the ability to inject CSS or JavaScript to hide banners or click things before the shot — those small controls save a surprising amount of fiddling when you automate screenshots for docs, monitoring, or quick previews.
Storage is a big bonus. Screenshots upload straight to your S3 bucket and the service feels built for real load: fast responses, CDN-backed links, and sensible credit tiers so you can choose what fits your use. I’ve always wanted a tool for routine captures - fast and reliable.
