Peppertype.ai - Plus exclusive Questions

Whats going on with Peppertype, did they always mean to run away? Community is dead, support never responds, app is dormant. No subscription plan showing under profile. and appsumo did nothing about it, this happened long time back.

No response to Support Request from Peppertype when i write to connect@peppercontent.io.
Can you help save my $399 on Tier-3 purchase? I missed the redeem date, and appsumo is unable to help as per their helpdesk response.
This is huge money for me to let go, being an individual and not a big business.
Please respond favourably - appsumo or peppertype. thanks.

All the Peppertype Template and features have just disappeard..
When I had first got Peppertype.ai, it had over 50+ AI prompts/Apps for fb,insta,twitter,amazon,products, marketing, sales, etc.
Now there are only 11 Standard Content prompts/Apps only for blogs writing which is very disappointing.

Additionally all Summarizer, Email drafting, social media, product content generation all those features are removed.
Only working feature is Ask AI, But there are no supporting apps to help me ask AI.
No Prompts, No Templates, No help.
Just a blank document without any supporting prompt help.
Why has Peppertype and Peppercontent abondoned Appsumo users?
When will you restore the promised features back to Appsumo users?
Please dont tell me that you have grandfathered to a new portal. Thats not true. Its been over a year. What are you doing?

The app changed completely and it's awful and not usable.
