As for returning, we absolutely love the community and would evaluate if we want to return but the timelines on AppSumo specifically aren't clear to me at this point.

Q: Hi, how do I get to the media inside folders with Perceptpixel's API.

When running the Get list api , I only see the media in the root and cannot find the route to the folders. Can you please help

To access media stored within a specific folder, you have the option to include an additional query parameter called "folder_name" along with its corresponding value. For further details, you can consult the API documentation provided at https://perceptpixel.com/docs/api/media/list

Q: I signed up for Tier 3 but have several issues 1.

I created a folder and tried to upload files to the folder and the files don't upload. I was able to upload the file outside the folder but when I try to move into the folder it errors out. Screen recording https://share.ravingfan.agency/NQuAwm5w
2. There is no helpdesk or chat feature so if I have issues later how would I try to get them resolved?
3. The A.I. tagging didn't work on this photo.

Q: Greetings.

I've created a test account and notice that just editing one of the sample images made the bandwidth explode (8.6M out of 5M), which is surprising considering I've only edited it. Does it mean the user's actions on your site eat bandwidth as well?

Bandwidth consumption is dependent on the amount of transformations that take place on images. Not on any other actions. Do note that the test images are of various sizes to give a real world experience of how things might work for a user
PS: The test account has very limited bandwidth as well :)
