I'm loving the app so far, enough to stack 3 codes. It'll be 5 tacos in the future, just a 4 right now and looking forward to the day I can call it a 5.

I had some confusion getting it going due to a bug that showed it wasn't connected and it still doesn't connect to my calendar for all the Zoom calls, which is odd but it's dead simple to manually do it. The transcription is also just so-so, not great. If we can help train the AI for the transcription, that will improve it dramatically and I do think they'll find a solution.

One other issue I had is the video seems to have colour issues. When I watch in the app, it shows up with weird boxes, or even black and white, but the export seems totally fine.

Cons:
- AI transcription is so-so
- bot for the notes glitches so you have to refresh the window to see it working
- video quality has colour issues in the web app, some of mine came out black and white
- only for Zoom (hoping for Skype, etc in the future)
Pros:
- easy to set up
- stackable codes to expand use (I do at least 60 meetings a month so stacking beyond the initial 30 was important to me)
- support is crazy responsive and immediately got to work when I had an issue (fastest tech support I've ever had)
- open to customer feedback and suggestions

All in all I'm looking forward to a long future with PerfectRecall and their growth.
