Q: How do I cancel the Omnipotent Node AppSumo Upgrade?
I don't know about anyone else, but I have not been able to reach anyone at Persona Music to get a resolution to an issue I'm having with canceling their Omnipotent Node AppSumo Upgrade—a promotion that was handled separately from the AppSumo platform. It was for an annual, locked-in price of $60. The promo ran a little more than a year ago around mid-May 2024.
I'm trying to cancel this but in Account > Subscriptions, this program does not appear. This section only shows my most recent LTD through AppSumo which doesn't expire. I've reached out to their support email(s)—support@personamusic.io and persona_support@personamusic.io. That was 10 days ago and still no response. I feel as though they've locked me in. I'm fixing to contact my bank and have them blocked as a merchant. Anyone else have a similar issue?
It is working properly. You are likely accessing an old URL through a bookmark, so please try removing the "app." at the beginning of the URL and access it again. https://personamusic.io/

Q: Unlimited Users - Where to add them?
Tier 2+ says unlimited users. Could you please let me know how to add other users?
