I purchased the Tier 3 plan but haven’t redeemed it yet. Before registration under my organization AI Solutions, I’d like to confirm:
1️⃣ Does “unlimited users” truly allow adding unlimited learners or team members under one account without extra cost?
2️⃣ Are there any monthly limits on roleplays, scenario creations, or AI interactions?
3️⃣ Which public plan (Pro/Premium/Enterprise) matches Tier 3, and do all unlimited benefits apply?
4️⃣ Any fair-use or throttling rules that restrict large-scale use?
5️⃣ Will Tier 3 retain unlimited rights if plans change?

1. yes users are unlimited, but roleplay credits not, you can 400 people in the admin, but they share that 300 credits per month
2. yes, 300 roleplay credits per month per workspace, up to 100 new scenarios every month
3. Tier 3 is like our standard plan for 249 USD per month, yes all other benefits apply
4. yes, there is fair-use policy to restrict large-scale use
5. yes it will remain as it is
