Hi,
some questions:
1. Can I use personeo.ai in other languages (text and audio)? If so, which languages are supported?
2. How can I train the AI for custom roleplays? Upload documents, audio, video? Which formats are supported? What are the limits?
3) Even though a similar question has been asked before, I still don't fully understand it: I can have unlimited users, but they have a monthly limit of 300 "standard" and 100 "custom" roleplays. Is that correct? What advantage do I get from unlimited users?
4) What user data do you store, and how do you ensure GDPR compliance?

1. yes, every roleplay can be done in 30+ most common languages - you can choose the language before the start of every roleplay
2. you can train / build them in our builder - you dont need to upload long pdf, mp3 or videos, you just need to describe the core essence and principles in the builder fields
3. if you are a company, you can upload all employees, you don't need to pay for each one as admin seats, for example in the Q1 Personeo can train sales guys, in Q2 new teamleaders leaderships skills and in Q3 customer support agents and so on.
4. we store only the anonymized high-level summary of statistics / analytics, it is GDPR friendly because the random conversations with AI avatars are GDPR light-weight usecase. We use all the standard security best practices like other SaaS providers.
