Q: Problems with redemption process!!
Hi...I bought Plan 2 and completed the redemption form weeks ago, but my account has not been upgraded yet. It still shows as a FREE plan.
I already sent messages to your email (hello@personeo.ai), the support form on the website, and the chat support system.
Please advise.
