Q: Purchase redemption
I purchased two codes and attempted to redeem them according to the instructions, starting with the first one. I completed the Google form and am awaiting activation within 2 to 3 working days, as promised by the instructions.
However, it has been well over a week now, and my profile is still showing my current plan as "free".
Currently, I am unable to fully utilise the app, let alone redeem the second code.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this.
