Unfortunately it doesnt work as it has to. Not sure which generative AI stands behind it but it is definitely not state of the art. I have given 15+ reference pictures of myself and I am bald. What does this AI do? Producing Images in which I have hair... sorry but why?!? Additionally the skin, the overall look (no matter which theme) looks so typical "AI" and definitely needs better finetuning or simply a different model. Overall nice tool but not yet there where we could go "productive" with it yet.

For me, it's a great product.
With 15 photos of myself, I can now generate photos of myself in different scenes and use them for images that support my social media posts, e.g., on LinkedIn.
Yes, it takes several attempts before I get a photo that meets my expectations, and I also use up quite a few credits in the process. But above all, with the editor, you can adjust an already quite suitable image to make it a really good fit.

I really like PhotoGPT and can recommend it. On Discord, you can also easily get help if you have trouble finding the right prompt.

I missed this deal the first time, so was hoping it would be back on AppSumo.

Bought Tier 3, and within 30 minutes had the most realistic, completely AI-generated headshot I've seen. I've since used it to generate a few different headshots / poses of me (to pair with social media posts), and it's been excellent. It's not perfect (sometimes it adds glasses, or follows the reference image too closely) – but the software makes it easy to retouch photos after-the-fact (i.e. remove glasses with a prompt) as well as adjust how much generation relies on the reference image.

Overall, quite happy with the software. There are some small refinements that would make it better over time (e.g. the ability to save retouched-up photos back to the image library so they can be subsequently upscaled). But as-is, it does the job and it does it well.

Someone wrote - "No use of getting Tier 1 if you want images for multiple platforms or aspect ratios." but I still got all the main three ratios, square, landscape, and portrait. that works just fine. It includes the editing, "adobe photoshop" feature too. Credits are fine for one person in that you get 1500 to submit yourself or anyone (each month) and a remaining 500 to print off photos at about 10 credits maybe per photo image request for example. Many were not like me but I just deleted them as my setting was set at 4 images at a time. I cannot program the background but instead the preselections do that. There is no way of getting DUBROVNIC in the background or even ISHIGAKI, Okinawa in the background specifically as the background is preset but you can ask for a mug of coffee in your hands or whatever color of shirt you want, or style. Someone wrote, Finally a photo op of myself and that is correct... you get to see yourself in these photos or whoever you program it to be... very easy as you just need to upload 16. photos plus or minus 4, and it is easy to do... not too much fussing around to get that part done by a complete non-programmer. Just easy peasy. Yes, Tier 1 is fine unless you are business and need more credits and such. Super High resolution also in the highest tier I believe as well as all the background samples but again, No DUBROVNIC and NO TIMBUCKTO or anywhere you really want to be.... probably there is no Paris either but there should be if there isn't. LoL . I dont know why they give us the Samurai Outfit but it looks real like a movie. 5 Stars, especially for Tier 1 as the PhotoGPT team are working hard to add new features and they seem to be all accessible in T1 including the adobe-poi, photoshop-like background remover and complete editor but DO NOT LEAVE the page, right?
