I can answer that. I just asked for a refund on Writingmate because it doesn't compare really. Their site looks good and clean but they have less options. They say it's because its design is for users who want to use AI not professionally and right away while Phygital has workflows that require some knowledge. If that's the case I didn't like it that casual because it delivered less models.
