Phygital+ has received high praise for its diverse AI tools, seamless workflow, and responsive support. The platform offers an impressive range of features. While there are some concerns about credit costs and occasional result quality, these are minor issues in an otherwise solid product. Overall, Phygital+ is a comprehensive AI-powered creative solution that is worth trying, especially with the added benefit of a 60-day money-back guarantee.

At this cost, it only makes sense if the results are always perfect (which are not)
I am experiencing issues with the platform. I purchased tier 3. I tried to make a video spending more than 1500 credits (!!!!) to an unsatisfactory result I simply can't use. If I want to give it another try I am 3000 credits down and the 2nd version might not be good either.
With 15000 credits I was planning to generate 30 - 40 videos per month to promote our ecommerce products. I just used 1500 credits on something I can't even use and I am considering my life choices before blowing up my account giving it another try.
The issue is not the platform. The issue is your credit system that is extremely expensive. Credits should be a tenth cost. Then if the result is not good, I can afford to give it another try. Right now I feel I can blow all credits and it might be the case where I can't even use a single video...
I understand your platforms need to be sustainable, but in comparison with other tools you are 10x - 20x the cost. Your system only makes sense if the results are always perfect, the cost doesn't allow you to test and polish.
Guys, I hope you listen here. You need to find a way to rethink your credit system... Otherwise, I will have to refund this, not because I don't like the platform, but because I won't be able to obtain value from it if I blow all the credits on iterations.

Mar 19, 2026Testing and iterating should not feel risky or expensive, especially when you're trying to achieve results that meet your standards. We're sorry that your first attempt used 1500 credits without giving you a usable video. We're also happy to refund some of the credits you used while experimenting.

I love the workflow and the constant updates to the tools! Although it lacks some file management.
I must confess that I requested a refund the last time it was available. But having tried at least four AI-powered media creation platforms, I changed my mind and couldn't buy it again because it had ended. Now that it's back, I purchased Tier 3. They've updated their providers quickly—Google, Kling, WAN, etc.—and the way they manage workspaces for connecting ideas is unmatched by other platforms.
I won't say it's perfect; it makes me uneasy not to control how long my files are online. If I want to delete something, I have to contact them to do it manually, and even if my files are not so confidential, I'd still see something in my history that might have been a mistake while searching for files that I actually care about. Perhaps I'm just distrustful of my privacy and don't like depending on the administrators to use the SaaS. There's also the issue of credits starting from Tier 4; I don't like that they're split in half, although for personal use, 15k credits should be enough.

Mar 19, 2026Thank you so much for coming back to us and giving Phygital+ another chance — that means a lot, and we're genuinely glad you did. We're thrilled to hear that you're loving the workflow, the constant model updates, and the way the node-based workspace helps you connect ideas. That's exactly what we built it for.
We also truly appreciate your honest feedback about file management and privacy —...

Awesome Concept, the Generative AI is kinda stubborn and does what it wants
I got this product because I wanted a quick way to be able to take existing product shots and apply my brand aesthetic to in order to give all the product images on my website the same look and feel to make it all cohesive. What really drew my attention and pushed me to the “purchase” side of the scale was the fact that you can train the AI on a brand identity and it would then be able to intuitively apply that knowledge to any image. Unfortunately, once I got everything set up, I discovered that in order to use that particular function you need way more credits than this plan gives, and unused credits don’t roll over at the end of the month so I would have to shell out more money in order to be able to use that function. I live in Canada so the deal already cost a little less than double what the advertised price for the product was — so spending even more was out of the question.
I tried to figure out a work around, and with the help of the built in Phygital AI assistant (which is awesome and you should use it whenever you can), I managed to set up a work flow that should hopefully achieve a similar result — unfortunately, it did not. I spent almost 800 credits in the span of an hour trying to get a usable result, but not a single image that it generated for me was actually usable — forget “usable” from my brand perspective…I’m talking usable period.
Each image generated kept coming back with these very unnatural, odd colours and tones overlayed on my product along with backgrounds I didn’t want (I had asked to have a simple, just black, background with no textures, but kept getting wrinkled shirts, closeups of a man’s chest in a grey shirt, a grey brick wall, etc).
I tried changing the prompt, I added negative prompt, I specifically said do not alter the product itself and just change background, I swapped out the reference image, I swapped out the product image for a completely different one, I set the AI creativity level to 0 — each result came back the same. I even deleted the workflow and started fresh….same result. I consulted the AI for a better prompt and to help with tweaking the settings…same result. I tried externally consulting Claude and ChatGPT separately to help with settings and to figure out what was wrong … same result.
After an hour I gave up in frustration.
To be fair, I have not yet tried to generate an image from thin air, as I mostly just tried the functionality of editing an existing image. Nor have I tried the video nodes or other specialty nodes that are offered, so I don’t know if it’s any better at generating from scratch compared to editing an existing image.
The workflow of the product is also something that takes a minute to figure out — it’s not that it’s difficult, it’s just different than any other generative AI that I’ve used before so I wasn’t used to it, and it’s not intuitive. You built actual workflows by dragging and dropping nodes and images onto your workspace and connect them to one another to create the generative flow; then you add in your prompt and alter your settings to control the output. Honestly, if it weren’t for the AI assistant I probably wouldn’t have figured it out as quickly as I did — so, my advice, go directly to the AI assistant right from the start and ask it to walk you through the steps to do whatever you’re looking to do. It will save a lot of menu opening and clicking on your part. Also, Make sure you have the best possible settings and prompts from the beginning because each time you tweak them it’s gonna cost. The initial generation is around 80 credits, depending on the node and tool you use, but the subsequent regeneration’s were about 365+ credits each time — this is actually what contributed to me going through so many credits in such a small timeframe (although in this instance, it wouldn’t have made a difference if the settings were perfect from the start because the AI just didn’t want to do what I was asking — who knows, maybe it was grouchy or had been having a bad day, or something).
Overall though, I do think this can be a great product — IF I’m ever able to get it to generate a usable image. I’m going to go back and try out the rest of the functionality and hopefully I’ll have better luck with those nodes. I am disappointed, though, that I can’t actually do the things I initially bought this product for — but hopefully I’ll be able to find a workaround or get the current workflow working at some point. Until then I’m stuck burning through my monthly credits experimenting to find out how to get better results.

WOW, this is amazing!
I've already used many tools for creating images and videos, and also bought some here on AppSumo before. There were already a few good ones that I still use from time to time. With this one I didn't even try at first because I thought I already had enough tools like this one, and the name didn't really attract me since it sounded a bit odd to me. But then I saw a video where I thought, okay, maybe I could use this tool to do exactly what I want.
My goal is to create characters for explainer videos that always look the same, appear in different situations, do various things, and move. I tested it. I took a photo of myself, created an illustrated figure of me, and generated that illustrated figure in countless positions and also in videos. Sometimes it walks across the screen, sometimes it shows something, etc.—exactly how I want it. Perfect, and the figure always looks exactly the same. I'm completely blown away by this tool. Incredible.
I signed up for the highest tier right away, because with videos you can quickly burn a lot of credits, and the highest tier gives you plenty of freedom. I've already created quite a bit and could use it for several videos. I've spent about 10,000 credits for two characters so far. As I said, I'm absolutely convinced. What I have just done is, of course, only a use case. But through the nodes you can create a very good consistency across photos and videos. You can create scenes and tell whole stories. Simply awesome.
It's an amazing tool, and I really hope they achieve great success!

Mar 18, 2026We're absolutely thrilled that you gave Phygital+ a chance even after initially passing it by, and that it's now delivering exactly what you were looking for. Creating consistent illustrated characters across different scenes and videos is one of the most powerful use cases of the platform, and hearing that it's working perfectly for your explainer videos is exactly the kind of success story we...

Not as I expected
Hey there. What's going on? So anyway, uh, this is real quick review for AppSumo, the digital product. Uh, I don't know. To be honest, I was hoping (laughs) that, that this tool could help me in some way, but, uh, I'm not sure what's going on. I gave a clear description here, in another language though, that, uh, basically, I need to generate prompt, uh, I mean, to generate a dish according to the description, and it's supposed to be grilled chicken steak with, uh, uh, mushroom sauce and rice. This thing generated something like this. Uh, I then, uh, put down here, make sure it is chicken steak, not the regular steak, and then it de- generated something like this. I don't know if it's a image or video. I was hoping it would be video. I spent about, uh, 500 credits or tokens, and it's not according to my, uh, description, so I'm very disappointed, and I do not like it afterward.

Mar 16, 2026Based on what you're describing (grilled chicken steak with mushroom sauce and rice), we'd recommend trying the Nano Banana tool — it's great for realistic food images and should give you much better results.
For best results, we also recommend writing your prompts in English. Most AI models are trained primarily on English, so they understand descriptions much more accurately that way.
