Rules this restrictive and backward-looking tell me where the product is headed, and it isn't toward the way people will be working a year from now.

If Phygital+ ever offers real API or agent access to lifetime customers, or rewrites its terms for the way people actually use computers today, I'd gladly come back. Until then I can't build a workflow on a platform that could shut me out at any moment, so I'm refunding and looking elsewhere.
