Sebastien.RQ: "10% take rate" what does this mean?
I m currently gold user of pickaxe, with a yearly sub. However the tier1 offer is definitely offering an equivalent content. So if I buy tier1 it will replace my subscription? (Same email account)

I would still like to understand the 10% take rate. Does that mean when a customer purchases or signs up using our GPT, you get 10% on a recurring basis of their monthly payment?
Great, so I cancelled my subscription on pickaxe... And surprise, even if I had paid for a yearly plan at once, it stopped all my premium features right away ?? I have never seen such a poor customer practice.
