I have created a form pickaxe

You upload a photo and optionally can add your name and email in two separate Fields if you want to be sent some information.

I have added one action to add this information into a spreadsheet Google sheets
I have added one action to email the information to the user

Neither are triggering

I have said that if there is an email present in the form then trigger the actions.

Is there anything special we need to know about running actions from forms??

I have watched videos etc and I think I am doing the right thing...
