a) Great idea. Customers are currently doing this with JS, but we\u0027ll keep it in mind for future. \u000ab) Yes, we have lots of customization options for this. But let us know if you think of any we\u0027re missing!

a) Would you consider an added call-to-action we can add to the chat icon?
I noticed all we can do is add a standard profile image.
Could we add an image that can be added as an overlay (or under)?
For instance, a .png with arrows pointed to the chat icon that read "Ask me about xyz"

b) Is there a way to redesign to the iframe embed to make it match to look and feel of the site it's added to? Can I give it to a front-end guy who knows HTML or is the look of it locked down?
