Q: API, WhatsApp and Actions for Webhooks

Friend, I thought your software was fantastic.

Before making the purchase, I would like to ask you a few questions:

1 - Can I integrate with WhatsApp via API?

2 - Can I create actions to trigger Webhook via N8N to make appointments on Cal.com?

3 - Can I configure the prompt to act as a multi-phase or multi-agent seller? For example:
- Clear doubts
- Qualify Lead

4 - Does item 3 work similar to what we do in Dify?

5 - If I enter my Open Ai key, can I use it "unlimitedly"?

6 - Can I use it integrated via API in Typebot?

7 - Transcribe audio? For example, if someone sends an audio message in the chatbot, is this file recognized and transcribed?

8 - In Tier 2, it informs that I can have 2 actions. I intend to use it to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments. In this case, can I configure these actions within this limit?

A: WhatsApp Integration - No, you cannot integrate it with WhatsApp currently. it's definitely on our to do list.
Actions - Yes, you can create your own custom actions.
Multi-agent - You can kinda do this. Sorry for the vague answer, but you can make Pickaxes that carry out semi complex steps of actions, but there is a limit to it.
Dify - I don't know what Dify is, so I can't say whether it is similar.
API Key - Yes, if you enter your API key, you get unlimited usage.
Typebot - I'm not familiar with Typebot. However, if Typebot has an API or webhook, you can then integrate it into your Pickaxe.
Audio transcription - No, you can't do this currently.
Actions - If you create an action for making appointments, you could set it up to do all of those things (schedule, reschedule, cancel) in 1 action.
