Q: I want to build an app that writes minutes for board meetings, governance meetings and project meetings.
Current Ai tools either produce content that is excessively long or ridiculously short.
I have an ai augmented manual process at the moment where I take the full transcript (sometimes 4 hours long) that is segregated by speaker and ask the ai to summarise each paragraph into one, two or three bullet points, depending on the length of the section, attributing comments to speakers (important for board minutes).
I then reiterate, asking the ai to reduce each bullet point by 50-60%, retaining all key content.
I then reiterate asking then reiterate, asking the ai to summarise the most recent iteration into “x” pages of prose (usually 30 - 50% of the current length) and create a table of follow up actions.
This process can take anything between one and several days.
I would like to build an app that can produce a first draft within minutes, with auditable iterations output to csv/ Google sheetsand the final version output to either Word or Google Docs.
I can BYOK and will require at a minimum webhooks and preferably, additional integration with Make.com, Albato, ActivePieces, etc.
How quickly and easily can I achieve this please?

Jul 30, 2024A: You can probably create this. I encourage you to try out the product (it's free to try). If you have problems or specific questions, you can email support at info@pickaxeproject.com. The difficulty you'll likely run into with this idea are context window sizes, depending on the size of these transcripts.
Yes, that is a problem, which is why I have to manually hand hold it at present.
Have you implemented webhooks yet?
I have purchased the deal and intend to work on it next week.
I think to automate it fully, I am going to have to use an RPA tool.
My first step might be to build a tool that gives me instructions on how to build the automations…
