Hi there, I have a quick question about Documents per Pickaxe. Since the recent update, I'm experiencing issues with the 50 Documents limit. It appears that I now have a total of only 50 Documents across all my Pickaxes. Is this a bug or was it intended? In December 2024, you mentioned that Tier 3 corresponds to the Gold Plan, which allows for 50 Documents per Pickaxe. I've had to delete files to create a new Pickaxe with its own files, which complicates my use of the application as intended. Thank you for your feedback. Gregor
Hey guys, the new look is just taking some getting use to. Where do I find the shortcode to deploy a new pickaxe to a site? It used to pop-up after setting up a pickaxe.
Just some feature additions on my wishlist that I'm trying to form into a question for the mods: a) Would you consider an added call-to-action we can add to the chat icon? I noticed all we can do is add a standard profile image. Could we add an image that can be added as an overlay (or under)? For instance, a .png with arrows pointed to the chat icon that read "Ask me about xyz" b) Is there a way to redesign to the iframe embed to make it match to look and feel of the site it's added to? Can I give it to a front-end guy who knows HTML or is the look of it locked down?
