Q: Need GDPR info on Pickaxe Project for EU operations
Hey, I’m thinking about using Pickaxe Project for business stuff in the EU, but I’ve got a few questions about GDPR compliance. Can you help me out with these:
1. How does Pickaxe Project handle transferring personal data outside the EU/EEA? Do you use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)?
2. Is there a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available for customers who are data controllers on your platform?
3. What steps does the platform take to stay compliant with cookie consent and tracking rules under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive?
I need these details to make sure everything’s legally good to go while using your service in the EU. Appreciate it!

Dec 30, 2024A: Pickaxe is not officially GDPR compliant. Given that, I'm happy to answer your questions
1) No, we do not. All our data is stored in the US
2) I would take a look at the terms and the privacy policy:

3) By using our platform, you are implicitly accepting our cookies. This is not currently in line with EU reqs.
