Q: Pickaxe account hijacked during recent t cyber attack, unable to make contact with Pickaxe support?

hi there, during a recent cyber attack my pickaxe account was hijacked, I have spent many hours wording on my t]studios and tools and would very much like them back. /I've been unable to connect, not due to any fault by you guys, hacker somehow still able to intercept certain emails, always the password resets ones (have checked filters, forwarding all that 1000 times0. Just trying something unorthodox to see if ican maybe get ahold of you here.

Hi Nathaniel yes I believe I sent the mail on Monday last week. So, he intercepted it then. With some of my accounts nothing can get through if it's remotely related to password recover or anything like that. all other emails I receive, cybersecurity baffled too. Anyway, I'll try from a completely different email account then. what do you need from besides proof of purchase and identity?
