Are you saying even those who spent ~$1.8–2k on Pro LTD add-ons got no Pickaxe API, only files/actions? That wasn’t clearly stated and should’ve said “no Pickaxe API.”
Later, a Pro subscription discount clarified API was included, but the earlier confusion lasted year+

1) You're right, we did conduct some LTD Add On Sales that allowed folks to increase certain limits, but we did not and have never sold an LTD of the Pro tier. Pickaxe's API access had nothing to do with those sales. I don't see why you think our email implies Pickaxe API access was available. If you were confused at the time you could always have reached out to our support team, who are very responsive.
2) I'm unclear on why you say it was a major mistake not to communicate about future updates... we did not know what direction of development we'd take at the time of the sale. Not sure how we could have made folks more aware.
