Q: What is the timeline for being GDPR compliant?

Since the companies or organizations that process EU citizens/residents personal data need to be GDPR-compliant regardless of whether they are EU-based or not, and not being GDPR compliant may results in huge fines, can you please clarify whether Pickaxe is looking in to being GDPR compliant and if yes what is the timeline? thanks

Do you have any clearer timelines other than 2025? That means as it stands currently we could be waiting a year before being able to properly utilise the tool if it's not GDPR compliant. Q1, 2, 3, 4? Roughly?

We don't :( If you have specific data privacy concerns, we can address them individually over email.

@Nathaniel I'll definitely email because as the others meant, this has to be a priority if we want customers in the EU or covered by GDPR to be able to use our tools we create within Pickaxe.

Hopefully you will give this a priority for Q1, please. Was about to hit the buy button until I saw that it's not GDPR compliant

I've bought it because I don't want to miss out on the deal... but I'm just hoping we can see some progress on this, and quick.

Not GDPR that means you can not use it for users in the EU. It does not matter if you (as an Appsumo-buyer) are located in or outside the EU. You have to take care that a user from the EU is not using Pickaxe.
I am glad to read it here, because I was interested to buy Pickaxe - but now I do not.

I'm planning on only using custom GPTs where it'll be public or a resource I have that EU folks have access to. For anything else I'll be super strict about using Pickaxe until it's got that GDPR compliance... I've bought because I don't want to miss out on the deal. But really, really hoping that we'll see some progress on the GDPR compliance asap.

Another +1 for GDPR as a priority. Pickaxe cannot be used in EU or UK (by owner OR by user/visitor) until it is compliant. Is there any update on timeframe?
