Q: when Pickaxe can make AI Chatbot with Option to talk to real human? if AI can not answer
Mostly chatbot can only answer up to 70% customer. and we still need human to help solve unanswered question.
I suggest PickAxe also add features so the chatbot can have option to connect to real humans (some customer support) to answer if needed.
and log the question which AI can not answer, so we can train again the AI so it become smarter by time and answer most question

Aug 26, 2024A: Thanks for the suggestion. The website support agent is not the primary use case Pickaxe focuses on, but it's a certainly popular one. Right now you can have your Pickaxe give out an email address. It cannot directly connect you to a human support agent though.
better if we can connect to real person if somebody online.
and offer to send email when nobody online
this is the best option in my opinion
as live person will be able to answer faster than waiting for email reply and others
