Concept is wonderful
The concept of Pickaxe is great - but I am disappointed that it doesn't help you through the confused space of data protection - instead, it has been actually stated as NOT being GDPR compliant.
Despite the feel good of the product (it is easy to use and the charging concept is great although 10% is a bit steep), this GDPR aspect alone though is a redline and I would have expected more.

Aug 23, 2024We are not GDPR compliant, nor do we claim to be at present. This is something we're working towards, but we're a young product and there are several steps. Rather than giving us a low rating, it might just be that this product isn't suitable for you yet, if you're based in Europe. That doesn't mean this is a 2 star product.
