I did not get 10 emails asking to migrate over to anything!
I am more unhappy with AppSumo. This is the second time, one of the deals purchased "..an email or 10 in case was apparently sent over " but it never came!
If a founder is pulling the plug in any way or as in the case of pickaxe - supposedly migrate to a new platform or lose your account kind of scenario - that email should be sent to an inbox inside AppSumo login! No more - ah...but we sent you an email hogwash!
As far as Pickaxe goes - a SAAS company that can't migrate over LTD account? I think that is a sufficient review about their capability or the lack thereof!

In order to be running into this problem, you'd have to have not logged into the product for like a year. If you had anything in there that was at all important, our thought is you'd have had some interest in making sure it was working.
If you had emailed our team, you'd have found that we are migrating LTD plans for LTD holders who missed the 10 month migration window. But we are no longer able to migrate account content. I'm not sure who told you we couldn't migrate your LTD license. Did you email the team, or just write this review without contacting us?
