Now they deactivated account! - Unfair
They deactivated my account. Their response was that they had emailed users to migrate to the new portal, and since I didn't do so within the given timeframe, I missed the window — and now my account has been permanently disabled.
However, I could not find any such email in my inbox asking me to migrate to the new portal within a limited period.

We gave users 9 MONTHS to migrate to the new system. We sent 10 emails over the course of that time. I'm sorry you missed it, but we couldn't maintain the AppSumo migration infrastructure forever.
