A well designed thought through software. I am yet to understand the limits of uploaded docs you can train with. I hope they continue to offer a good balance because this is a key feature.
It's easy to use and I just have a few styling issues on mobile embed, I am working through with their support. When you embed an iframe typically you already have a margin around that content. So a no margin setting would fix this. The popup launch button cannot be styled and that is not the prettiest design as this may help with having a small window to chat inside. But I'm nit picking so much works so well and I hope they tweak and get it even better.
