I purchased your service through AppSumo a long time ago. My issue is that I can no longer access the platform because when I log in, it prompts me to enter a verification code that should be sent to my email.

That code never arrives—not in my main inbox, spam folder, or anywhere else. The email simply never comes through. I reset my password to test if password reset emails were working, and they do arrive at my email. However, when I try to log in at https://accounts.animaker.com/login/picmaker/, it indicates that a 6-digit code has been sent, but it never arrives.

I would really appreciate your help resolving this, as I haven't been able to use Picmaker for several days.
