Q: Hi
If I buy the license tier 1 now and later after the deals end.
Can I still upgrade my license tier 1 to tier 3? If the answer is no. Would you take into consideration flexibility of the situation to upgrade license tier?
Thank you for the question. Upgrading your AppSumo tiers is not possible after the deal period has ended. If you go with tier 1 you'll stay on that tier. However, you can of course create a new Picter Workspace at any time with our standard pricing tiers.
Yes, you can upgrade directly on the AppSumo dashboard and you only pay the difference.

Q: Team Picter,
A big 'thank you' to Sophie and Claudio for bringing Picter to the masses.
I hope all is well and you are staying safe during such times. I commented on another's request, but I wanted to bring this to the top so other can see my inquiry.
What would really set this deal apart is some form of Agency level at 4 or 5 codes. Integration with other AppSumo deals is always a winning solution. Specifically, I would like to see SuiteDash integration (single login from SD to Picter when CNAME is up and running). Lastly, an export to Brandox when complete.
And yes, I did put these request on your roadmap page, but I wanted to highlight in multiple spots as not every AppSumo prospect may visit your roadmap. Additionally, I understand that there are only 42 hours left in this deal and a response might be a moot point. But who knows! Cheers!
Thank you for your feature requests. For now we have not planned an integration for SuiteDash. We'll look into SuiteDash if an integration with Picter Workspace can be created and how it useful it turns out. If we decide to create an integration we'll put it on the public roadmap down the line.
Greetings! Thank you for the response. I wanted to follow-up on export to Brandox. It would be great to export final projects to Brandox where I keep logos, fonts, etcetera for clients. Yes, I can do it manually, but an automatic export would be fantastic if I could link a project to a client page.
Do you think that is possible?
Side Note: Did anyone notice how I had a SuiteDash Field of Dreams moment? I referenced them and two days later then are back on AppSumo. Now that I think of it, maybe it was more of a Beetlejuice moment. Interesting. Maybe I should try the lottery next?
Thank you for the integration request. For now there is no option to directly upload to Brandox from Picter. We'll look into it but at the moment we have no plans for a Brandox integration.

Q: Hey, what is video encoding minutes per month?
Doesn't mean how many minutes of video content I can upload per month?
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the length of the uploaded video is directly related to the video encoding minutes. Your video encoding volume is reset every month. For example, if you upload video files with a total length of 10 minutes playtime the 10 minutes are deducted from your monthly video encoding quota.
Thanks for your explanation, The tool would be useful to me, but it's limitations doesn't make sense to me can you elaborate please. For instance licensed tier 2 gives 1 TB of storage, and only 25 hours per month or video uploads. Things like that should not be limited at all, I should be able to upload as much content as my storage allows can you explain and elaborate why you are limiting the encoding?
Thank you for the question. You can upload as much files to your Picter Workspace as there is storage left. If you have 1TB storage you might upload a mix of media files and content. Only video content that receives a web preview gets counted against the monthly encoding minutes quota. The video encoding minutes are limited in case of excessive usage as this is a hard to predict bottleneck. With normal usage you should be fine. Q: Team Picter,
I hit the submit button too quickly.
Here is a potential situation:
Client has a project and they have three approvers that I add as guest for commenting, etc. One of the client's employees leaves the company, but because they have the link, they still have access to the project. How do we block users/guests?
Thank you for the question. For your situation there needs to be distinguished if the project has been shared with a public link or only with invited guests. Invited guests can be removed from the project: In that case remove the employee who left the company. Then they can no longer access the project. If shared with a public link, you can disable the review, inbox and presentation links individually. The link becomes inaccessible and only the invited guests can view the project.
Hello! Thank you for the quick response and answering my question. I will avoid using public sharing and with with consideration to Tier 3, I have unlimited guest so crisis avoided.
Side note, can I disable public sharing globally so team members don't accidentally share a project?
Again, thank you and take care.
Q: I submitted it as a Feature Request, but I don't see anything like this in your roadmap and I am wondering if ...
it is something you would consider or if it would not be the direction you are thinking:
Will there be any work to do more robust Website mark up/commenting integration? I know we can take a screenshot and use that (which I intend to do), but would love to see something similar to Markup Hero being integrated as this would open up a whole new market. To be able to easily markup and comment on graphic, web, and video projects all in one tool would be huge!!! Knowing something like this is in the roadmap would make me go to Tier 3 with no hesitation.
Thank you for the feedback and the specific feature request. So far we have not planned a tool for commenting or marking up directly on websites. We have included some ideas on how to extend the annotation feature on our roadmap. Which we plan to include in future updates to Picter Workspace.
Two questions please: 1) Will onedrive integration be provided? I do not see it on your roadmap! 2) Will this be able to preview raw file types like .ai / .psd /.eps and other such like or would these need to be converted into a different format?
Thanks for reaching out and asking questions! 1. At the moment, this is not on our roadmap (so far we have dropbox and google drive integrations planned). But we will add this to our feature wish list. You can also submit your ideas roadmap: https://roadmap.picter.com/ If features get upvoted, they receive higher priorities. 2. At the moment there is no preview available for raw files like .ai / .psd /.eps. Our visually supported file types are jpeg, png, pdf, tiff, mov, mp4, mpg, m4v, m2ts, gif. So yes, you can upload raw files but for preview purposes you would need to convert them.
I did not see this on their roadmap as of today and added a request for O365 integration to include O365 login (Microsoft), OneDrive storage, and MS Teams notification.
I do not know the popularity of this offer so only time will tell. I am test it out with Tier 3. My only other request would be an Agency level at 4 or 5 codes, integration with SuiteDash (single login from SD to Picter when CNAME is up and running), and export to Brandox when complete. Speaking of that, maybe I should request that. Cheers.
Thank you for your feature requests. For now we have not planned an integration for SuiteDash or Office 365. We'll look into SuiteDash if an integration with Picter Workspace can be created and how it useful it turns out. If we decide to create an integration we'll put it on the public roadmap down the line.
Best wishes, Sebastian
Q: I'm thinking of stacking more codes, but how do I understand this "300 video encodings minutes per month".
How do we measure "coding"? Does this mean when I upload a video with a length of 2 minutes, I still have 298 minutes left? By the end of each month? It's also hard for me to predict how much 250 GB is. Any recommendations?
Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the length of the uploaded video is directly related to the video encoding minutes. Your video encoding volume is reset every month. For example, if you upload video files with a total length of 10 minutes playtime the 10 minutes are deducted from your monthly video encoding quota.
When it comes to predicting file size this is depending on the video resolution and image quality you plan to store on Picter Workspace. For example if you plan to share compressed 1080p video files 2 hours of footage can range between 2GB and 8GB. --> ~30-60 hours of video footage If you want to share uncompressed footage it might be less, because files will be substantially larger.
The same applies to image files: (simplified example) A 24 megapixel image can be between 50mb and 5mb depending on content and compression. Giving you a range between 5,000 to 50,000 images that can be stored in 250GB.
Thank you for the question. For now we don't plan on editing the existing permission system. Workspace Members have access to all projects and folders. Guest Members have access to the projects that you assign. This is the "granular" choice so to speak. At the moment the folders are only a way to group projects and have no permission layer. This could change in the long run but we have not decided if we change that. I'll forward your feedback to our product team.
Disappointing to read this. Can't be too difficult to realize a member role and tick only the projects you want them to have access to (or only invite for certain projects). Seems also so logic to have this role. Not everybody needs access to all projects and some people you just don't want access to all projects. What am I missing that this is not an important feature?
"Workspace Members have access to all projects and folders." ^^^ This make me still sitting on the fence. and the permission system is not on the roadmap.
IMO, by giving a team member permission to access all projects and folders, it's like sharing a login credentials to this service.
Q: Hi Team.
As an agency I want to schedule posts, stories, videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Is this possible or are you planning to implement it?
you might want to try a tool like PostoPlan on here for that :)
Q: Hi,
In the "deal terms", I see this mention : "Ability to upgrade/downgrade between 3 license tiers"
Does ...
it mean that if buy Tier 1, I will still be able to upgrade to Tier 2 or Tier 3 at the AppSumo deal prices, even AFTER the deal is closed on AppSumo ? (for instance in a few months or 2-3 years, depending on activity growth)
I bought Tier 1 and now want Tier 3. Do I refund Tier 1 and the buy Tier 3? Makes sense of course but will I still be able to use the existing account I have created in Picter and the original email I registered with please?
please do not refund your account or you will lose access to your account and create a new one. In order to upgrade, please go to your Picter account and upgrade in settings or in the appsumo app but do not refund. A new purchase will cancel your old account and you'll lose access.
Best, Sophie

Reply: "It's not included in this product, we have 2 products" or so
What 2 products do you have? Knowledge page link goes to Picter. Confused.
A: Hi Sumo-ling, we offer another software for contest hosting (photo/video/film competitions) that is not related to Workspace. We have two different knowledge bases for each software and two different sections on our website. Picter.com refers to Workspace. I am not sure how ended up at the wrong knowledge base but I guess clicked on the wrong section of the website. Best, Sophie
Did you test that link before assuming the issue was caused by a user?
Q: Hi, thank you for offering Picter as an ltd.
I have a question about visibility for team members and clients.
If I do not have an inhouse graphics team but work with different freelancers creating graphics on different projects for different clients, I am supposed to add the freelancers as team members right? But then they will be able to see and edit all the projects that the other freelancers (team members) are working on. I would like to be able to assign which team members have access to which projects. Is this possible?
Thank you for the question. Yes you can invite your freelancers to individual projects as "guest members". Guest members have full access on specific projects only. The team members access would be reserved to your inhouse graphics team who have access to all projects.
please consider access restrictions to all levels, inhouse as well.
Q: Hi,
1.
How is your tool different Volley (a previous Appsumo deal) and Markup Hero (a current Appsumo deal). What are the overlapping features and differences, since all three seem similar to me.
2. What do you mean by video encoding minutes, what are these? How will I use them?
3. Can I add and remove members and guests on need basis, since I work mainly with freelancers.
4. Can I upload all types of files to collaborate?
5. Where are you based and how long have you been in business? Can't you add pictor contests pro version with this deal? Can your pictor contests be used for getting other files instead of only images?
Thank you for the questions. - Unfortunately I don't have any personal experience with Volley or Markup Hero. Volley seems to be focused on asynchronous video conversations. Markup Hero has powerful annotation features for still images. Picter Workspace offers you time-based annotations on videos and markup functions for stills.
- The video encoding minutes in your plan are only relevant if you upload video content. If you upload a video to Picter it needs to be encoded for the web preview and annotation features to work. Depending on how long the video file is that you upload, the video length gets counted against your monthly encoding minutes.
- Yes, you can add and remove Workspace members on a need basis.
- Yes, you can upload all file types to collaborate up to 5GB file size. Visual annotation works only on supported video and image file types (Visually supported image file types: JPG, TIF, PNG, GIF, PDF. Video formats with web preview: MOV, MP4, MPG, M4V and M2TS)
- Picter is based in Germany and founded in 2017. Picter Contests is a separate application and is not included in this deal. For now Picter contests is meant for image files with additional support for PDFs and URLs. The Picter account to submit to our photo contests is completely free though in case that is what you are looking for.
yes, you can share the video with your clients and they can watch it. Here is an example of how the review link looks: https://workspace.picter.com/r/w0W2P28J
Yes, you can organize and manage your videos on Picter and make them available via a presentation link on your website. You can add all the videos you want to be seen into one project and add the presentation link to your website. This is an example of a presentation link: https://workspace.picter.com/v/S9QbjjWm
If possible please provide us some information about your web browser and display resolution via support@picter.com. That would help us fix the bug. In general we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for Picter Workspace.
As far as we understand it, markup hero focus on still images. They do not (yet) support commenting on video files.
You can show the client a PDF version of your presentation. You can include infographics in the pdf. PowerPoint files are not yet visually supported in Picter, but you can make the available for download if you share them in your projects.
As someone who uses both Markup Hero and Picter, I can tell you these tools are very different and do compliment each other. Markup HERO has replaced SnagIt for me and I use it regularly to capture screens and other assets - Markup Hero reaches its limit for me with client and team collaboration and annotations. Markup Hero's interface is great for pen annotations of quick edits that can be changed on the screen; while Picter's interface works great when you have more than 3 people collaborating. It also allows for more detailed descriptions of requested changes for my contractors. The way it manages Collections and permissions for guest is great for clients and contractors alike. As for Volley - I did purchase that as well, but the annotation functions were limited because I couldn't do pen annotations - I needed something that allowed me to be more expressive in adjustments I want made - these are features Picter does much better than Volley.
thanks for reaching out and asking questions! I would recommend trying it out and see if it works out for your use case. Since we are compressing files at the moment, it might be difficult to zoom to large files and see everything properly. However, we are considering to rework the zooming functionality (especially when it comes to larger files), so this should be improved in the future. I hope this helps!
Thanks for reaching out and asking questions! You can upload all file types to collaborate up to 5GB file size. For images the max. image file size (resolution) is: 268 Megapixel, ~24000px on the long edge and DPI do not matter.
Q: I've spent like an hour trying to find the "5 Star Rating" Functionality as shown here:
https://support.
picter.com/en/articles/2488274-five-star-rating
Does this feature exist? Will it exist? I'm really confused why I see a lot of features in the help docs and your website that aren't available when logged in.
thanks for reaching out! We have 2 software products and the 5 star rating is not from Picter Workspace. This feature will not exist in Workspace. Please use this link http://learn.picter.com/en/ to our knowledge base for Workspace.
The link above goes to Picter. Confused. What 2 products do you have and why not include 5-stars to this deal?
Q: So far, this looks like a great system!
Right now I just have a few questions.
1. Will you be integrating TFA for logins? Privacy is key and if a client has designs that aren't ready for public view, and the account gets hacked, this could be a major issue.
2. Any chance an optional password could be added to the share links?
3. Will it be possible to export/import backups of the entire project? Picter's TOS mentions doing regular backups. Would be handy to have an option that includes comments, snapshots, etc.
- So far Two-Factor-Authentication is not on our roadmap. I'll forward your request to our product team so we can prioritize it down the line. A good precaution against hacking is a strong password. We recommend going above 8 characters, include upper and lower case, digits, and special characters.
- Password protected sharing links are not available. This makes sharing the links a lot easier. You can revoke the access to a link at any time. I'll forward the request as it is not part of our current road map.
- You can download the content of a project. Any comments or annotations are not part of the download. The backups mentioned in our terms of service refer to data redundancy. To make sure your data is not lost by a server failure it is backed up automatically on different locations.
Password protection would be good just as a gate without having to login. Small businesses may not think about it often, however once you get into industries with IP, like the entertainment industry, password protection is extremely important, because links get shared FAST, and privacy is important. Not that Marvel would use a tool this small (no offense, just reality), but what if a subteam was? Lots of Studios outsource their marketing & smaller production work and don't provide the full set of tools, so subteams often use their own workflows. Imagine is a subteam was using Picter to share a link. With no password. That link gets leaked to the press or just online. Now the marketing company will be sued for breaching their NDA and Marvel has a PR disaster (like they did with Tom Holland when he accidently leaked some info.)
Password protection is a MUST. It's not so much about encryption. It's about content privacy.
Plus, I work with a client who is a celeb photographer/cinematographer. I want to pitch this tool to him, because it's so easy for his clients (celebs) to leave comments on their photoshoots/films, choosing which ones they want approved/edited - and they HATE extra steps or anything that's complicated. This is perfect. But the privacy thing is an issue, because what if the link got leaked? The photographer could easily text their client the password - so it's seperate. Something stupid simple for the client to remember, but it's that extra layer for ease of mind, knowing no one else can see the files.
This would be great for photographers, especially those who edit/colorize the pictures. The storage space if often an issue, and your limits are VERY good!
Please consider adding this simple password protection soon. Doesn't have to be fancy. Just something like Squarespace has for their PW-protected pages.
Thank you for the detailed examples and your feedback on the password protection. I'll forward it to our product team so we can make a better decision about adding another layer of protection to the sharing links.
I would also need password protection for link sharing. I am not in a very sensible environment, and though I find it perfectly normal that I have the possibility to set up a minimal level of confidentiality for my clients on the assets being elaborated !
Oh, and it would be super-useful to be able to archive not only files of the projets but comments as well !
For instance, it is regularly useful for us to be able to show to newbies our processes on past projects, which almost first and foremost includes giving access to the type of comments and requests we do our receive !
And also, if down the road we are faced with disagreement or conflict with a client or provider (we are ourselves in both positions), if we have back-up the project to free up space on Picter's workspace, but have no trace of comments/requests, how could we then demonstrate our say ??
thanks for reaching out and providing us with your feedback. At the moment, there is no password protection for links. We have added it to the feature wish list though. Also, thanks for providing insights about your workflow regarding archiving comments. I have passed this on to our team as well as feature wish.
Best, Sophie

What 2 products do you have? Knowledge page link goes to Picter. Confused.
Currently it's not usable, the page jumps here and there, zoom is buggy, and click on comment > it will not go to the annotation place where the comment was made. UX not that good atm.
Q: Hi,
I have a few questions :
1) In your roadmap, the following feature is classified in the "ideas" ...
section, meaning it is not even in your decided to-do list, not to mention any ETA :
"See the observed persons cursor, whenever it is moved across an image canvas, so they can point at specific features of an image or video."
But as I understand it, it is a feature that is just part of the "observation mode" that is already in place. Is it ? or if not, what is the difference ? Won't you see all other people (members, guests and simple link-reviewers) cursors in observation mode ?
2) If I buy a deal with my personal email, will I be able at any time in the future to transition my account to another (professionnal) email, be it mine or one of a colleague ?
For the moment, my supervisor sees no interest in Picter, but personnally I do, so I ponder about buying a code personnally, demonstrating the interest of Picter through my own projects, and then if I convince him, convert my personal account to a pro account for my enterprise.
3) I just read most of your blog posts. I better understand the peculiar philosophy of the way Picter deals with (multipage) PDF collaboration, while still not being really convinced. But, having just finished today a 48-booklet project where I supervised the agency and was both providing the contents and reviewing layout work, I want to share these caveats :
With regular Adobe Acrobat commenting/reviewing, the only clumsy things are that you cannot have several people commenting simultaneously on the same version, and that (to my knowledge) you cannot freely draw or markup, you just pin a comment bubble where you want. But still, with the collapsible comments sidebar, you can easily parse and navigate through comments throughout the whole project.
So why not add in Picter the ability to natively comment/markup/review and so on within the native PDF, so that we may download a PDF with all comments by all users at the time of download ?
All the more that sometimes you may be working on PDFs natively with Acrobat, and not as an export format from InDesign or the like. So if you can get yourself a commented version of the PDF, you directly modify it from within Acrobat once you downloaded it from Picter.
1) Yes, this is just an idea at the moment and is not a planned feature yet. At the moment, you can follow the screen of a person in observation mode but you cannot see where the cursor is going. So you can discuss visuals on the phone without needing to be on a video call but you need to verbally point out the parts of the images rather than pointing with the cursor to it.
2) Yes, you will need to reach out to our support and we can change the owner email of the account when necessary. It’s great to hear that you are trying to convince your supervisor by using Picter. We appreciate your effort!
3) Thank you for sharing your insights with us. We definitely see the caveats and have this on the list to be reworked. It is a rather complex issue though and not an easy fix, so for now the multipage pdf upload is the only way you can annotate the files. I will add your feedback to our product team to consider those when building the new PDF uploader.

I hope that helps!

etcgroupuk,
I did not see this on their roadmap as of today and added a request for O365 integration to include O365 login (Microsoft), OneDrive storage, and MS Teams notification.
Cheers.
Hi Sumo-ling,
Thank you for your feature requests. For now we have not planned an integration for SuiteDash or Office 365. We'll look into SuiteDash if an integration with Picter Workspace can be created and how it useful it turns out.
If we decide to create an integration we'll put it on the public roadmap down the line.
Best wishes,
Sebastian
Q: I'm thinking of stacking more codes, but how do I understand this "300 video encodings minutes per month".
How do we measure "coding"? Does this mean when I upload a video with a length of 2 minutes, I still have 298 minutes left? By the end of each month? It's also hard for me to predict how much 250 GB is. Any recommendations?
Sebastian_Picter
May 15, 2024A: Hi David86,
Thank you for reaching out.
--> ~30-60 hours of video footage
If you want to share uncompressed footage it might be less, because files will be substantially larger.
The same applies to image files: (simplified example) A 24 megapixel image can be between 50mb and 5mb depending on content and compression. Giving you a range between 5,000 to 50,000 images that can be stored in 250GB.

Q: Hi Guys this looks amazing, but for myusecase I work mostly with freelancers and need more granular member ...
permissions giving them access to their specific folders and not jus projects, is this something that is considered down the line?
Sebastian_Picter
May 14, 2024A: Hi juangrajales,
Thank you for the question.
Best wishes,
Sebastian

Disappointing to read this. Can't be too difficult to realize a member role and tick only the projects you want them to have access to (or only invite for certain projects). Seems also so logic to have this role. Not everybody needs access to all projects and some people you just don't want access to all projects. What am I missing that this is not an important feature?
"Workspace Members have access to all projects and folders."
^^^ This make me still sitting on the fence. and the permission system is not on the roadmap.
If you plan it, when can we expect it?

May 15, 2024A: Hi Digitanos,
Thank you for reaching out. Scheduling posts on social media platforms is not something we have planned for Picter.

Q: Hi, In the "deal terms", I see this mention : "Ability to upgrade/downgrade between 3 license tiers" Does ...
it mean that if buy Tier 1, I will still be able to upgrade to Tier 2 or Tier 3 at the AppSumo deal prices, even AFTER the deal is closed on AppSumo ? (for instance in a few months or 2-3 years, depending on activity growth)

May 14, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling,

I bought Tier 1 and now want Tier 3. Do I refund Tier 1 and the buy Tier 3? Makes sense of course but will I still be able to use the existing account I have created in Picter and the original email I registered with please?
Hi thanks_appsumo,
please do not refund your account or you will lose access to your account and create a new one. In order to upgrade, please go to your Picter account and upgrade in settings or in the appsumo app but do not refund. A new purchase will cancel your old account and you'll lose access.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling,
we offer another software for contest hosting (photo/video/film competitions) that is not related to Workspace. We have two different knowledge bases for each software and two different sections on our website. Picter.com refers to Workspace. I am not sure how ended up at the wrong knowledge base but I guess clicked on the wrong section of the website.

Sebastian_Picter
May 14, 2024A: Hi Marco,
Thank you for the question. Yes you can invite your freelancers to individual projects as "guest members". Guest members have full access on specific projects only.
The team members access would be reserved to your inhouse graphics team who have access to all projects.

Sebastian

please consider access restrictions to all levels, inhouse as well.
Q: Hi, 1.
Thanks
Sebastian_Picter
May 14, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling,
Thank you for the questions.

Hi,
If share a video with client, can they watch the video, can I use it as video repository and embed it in my website?
Thanks
Hi Sumo-ling,
yes, you can share the video with your clients and they can watch it.
I hope this helps!

Hi,
1. Seems there is a bug in your product, when I check link
https://workspace.picter.com/v/S9QbjjWm
the video constantly fluctuates causing irritation to eyes of viewer. Please check this bug.
2. What about comparison with markup hero, it seems I can leave comments and draw in both tools, is this understand correct or am I missing something?
3. Can I show client a PowerPoint presentation or infographic and gather feedback on it as well?
Thanks
Hi Sumo-ling,
If possible please provide us some information about your web browser and display resolution via support@picter.com.
Best wishes,
Sebastian

Hi admin792,
thanks so much for your detailed description about the different tools. This is super insightful and we appreciate you clarifying the differences!

Why not combine the 1 products together and focus on single product?
Q: How would this work for a renovation company sharing a large high res drawing so users can zoom in to various ...
spots, or to move around a virtual space?
Sophie_Picter
May 14, 2024A: Hi theasset,
thanks for reaching out and asking questions!
I would recommend trying it out and see if it works out for your use case. Since we are compressing files at the moment, it might be difficult to zoom to large files and see everything properly. However, we are considering to rework the zooming functionality (especially when it comes to larger files), so this should be improved in the future.
I hope this helps!

How big can our file sized be? What limitations may we encounter when it comes to Image quality?
Hi younghumanclub,
Thanks for reaching out and asking questions!
You can upload all file types to collaborate up to 5GB file size.
For images the max. image file size (resolution) is: 268 Megapixel, ~24000px on the long edge and DPI do not matter.
I hope this helps!

268mp = approx = 11000 x 24000 px

Sebastian_Picter
May 14, 2024A: Hi BRS,
Thank you for the encouraging questions.
Best wishes,
Sebastian

Hi hawkette,
Thank you for the detailed examples and your feedback on the password protection. I'll forward it to our product team so we can make a better decision about adding another layer of protection to the sharing links.
Best wishes,
Sebastian

Hi Sebastian,
I'am hesitating on purchasing Picter deal.
I would also need password protection for link sharing. I am not in a very sensible environment, and though I find it perfectly normal that I have the possibility to set up a minimal level of confidentiality for my clients on the assets being elaborated !
A definite must.

Hi Sumo-ling,
thanks for reaching out and providing us with your feedback.
At the moment, there is no password protection for links. We have added it to the feature wish list though. Also, thanks for providing insights about your workflow regarding archiving comments. I have passed this on to our team as well as feature wish.
Best,
Sophie

Currently it's not usable, the page jumps here and there, zoom is buggy, and click on comment > it will not go to the annotation place where the comment was made. UX not that good atm.
Q: Hi, I have a few questions : 1) In your roadmap, the following feature is classified in the "ideas" ...
section, meaning it is not even in your decided to-do list, not to mention any ETA :
Sophie_Picter
May 15, 2024A: Hi Sumo-ling,
Thanks for reaching out and asking questions!
Thanks again for your questions and feedback!
