Great question! PinChat already comes with a built-in AI Chatbot, so you can set up intelligent two-way conversations right out of the box — no third-party bot integration needed.

That said, the AppSumo version is our SaaS offering and doesn't include third-party API integration by default. However, if you have specific needs for connecting external services, we do offer webhook support that can be configured for your use case.
