I'm interested in the Appsumo Tier 3 plan. However, I have to have email included (SMTP). Is this included in any of the plans and would you consider adding it to the highest tier? I'm sure other sumolings are interested as well.

1. If you are referring to Email Notifications:
Currently, PinChat supports email notifications across all plans. Merchants receive email alerts for new activities, and visitors will also receive notifications as long as they provide their email addresses. This feature is already included in all tiers.
2. If you are looking for Email Service Provider (ESP) capabilities:
If your goal is to manage mailing lists and send out bulk marketing emails directly through PinChat, we currently do not have plans to implement this specific service. Our core focus remains on providing the best chat-based engagement experience.

Thanks for the quick reply. i was referring to 1. So just to be clear we can get notifications and more importantly can respond to them within the app?
