A. When will the new limits reflect on our dashboards?

A. Regarding Dashboard Limits
The updated information should already be reflected in your PinChat Dashboard.

Please note that for our existing users, the previous limits for MAU and Sub-accounts will remain consistent with your original plan. The main update you will see is the addition of the AI feature limits from the new plan, which includes your AI Message credits and the number of AI Agents available.
