Good app with one serious minus
Simple and good app. Its one big minus is it has no security wall between its owner and other users. So owner can read the messages of other users. If the app developer fix this minus and introduce a protected workspace, I think the app will really shine...

Thank you for using PinChat and providing feedback. To be honest, the minus you mentioned is how it's been designed. The sub-account is designed for account owner to assign his/her team to manage/support customer service. So it's reasonable for owner to access all the chat logs directly.
