It is mentioned that the plan is linked with Startup Plan, But in the startup Plan you mentioned uptime monitors and server monitors separately, while here you are saying that it would be the same as number of uptime monitors. Could you please confirm
1. We will be able to use uptime monitors as server monitors as well?
2. or we will get the same amount of server monitors along with the uptime monitors?
My second confusion is which tier will get the "Real User Monitors" along with heatmaps and what would be the limitation? i.e., number of websites, visitors, triggers, and number of heatmaps per site?

You will get a separate limit for Uptime monitoring and Server Monitoring. Meaning you can monitor up to 100 uptime monitoring AND up to 100 servers with only 1 code.
RUM will be limited by amount of visitors and not on amount of websites. The limits are not 100% defined yet, we are still experimenting. Heatmaps will be a monthly limit, but this is still far ahead - it won't be included with RUM right now.
